Three curated stages, mapped food lanes, and a dedicated family zone — delivered with full production, permits, and guest logistics from load-in to load-out.
Format- Main stage — headline acts, house lighting, and FOH audio with broadcast-safe timings for closing night.
- Riverside — electronic and acoustic slots along the Mureș, with noise monitoring tied to the city’s evening curfew.
- Family lawn — daytime workshops, kids’ programming, and quieter seating away from the PA.
Weekend flow
Friday 18 July — Site opens 16:00. Main stage warm-up and Ana Dumitrescu opening block; Riverside from 20:00; family lawn activities until dusk.
Saturday — Gates 14:00. The Hills Quartet and regional guests; street food lanes on rotation; backstage media slots as scheduled.
Sunday — Family-forward programming from 12:00; Marco Kovacs closing set on Riverside; orderly dispersal and strike plan coordinated with city traffic.
